Witnessing this healing and providing the soldiers with a new skill to earn a living doing meaningful work that bestows upon them the dignity they are entitled to, has been a great privilege for everyone involved with the school.
Our staff work tirelessly on recruiting the veterans and seeing them through the training sessions, as well as providing support after they leave the school.

Master Professional of the PGA, General Manager at Dumbarnie Links
David, born and brought up in St. Andrews has been in the golf industry since high school. Now a Master Professional of the PGA and the General Manager at Dumbarnie Links near St. Andrews, he oversees coaching and mentoring during caddie training.

Philanthropy Adviser and Non-Executive Director
Elle has had a distinguished career in fundraising and finance, working in both the private and public sectors across four countries. As a senior leader in higher education, she played a key role in securing philanthropic income. Married to Craig, Elle successfully balanced her professional achievements with raising three wonderful children. Now retired, she is eager to use her skills to support Caddie School for Soldiers to help support our veterans on their road to brighter futures.

Graeme, originally from just outside Newcastle in the North East of England, has been an avid golfer since childhood. He developed a fondness for the school when he met Don during its first session. Currently, Graeme works in PR for a major finance company in the UK.

A graduate of the Universities of Aberdeen and Bath, David Lives in Edinburgh with his wife and 3 children and works in Corporate Banking
He learnt to play golf in Elie where he has been a member since the age of 12 and is also a member of Bruntsfield Links in Edinburgh and the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, current handicap of 2
He has held voluntary golf administration positions in the past and has worked with numerous organisations with charitable status
David first met the March 2022 Caddie School cohort in Elie with Don Snyder, David Scott and Sean Sutherland and was inspired to help them to establish solid foundations in Scotland for future cohorts

Bill has 20 years of leadership experience driving the real estate asset success of global organisations. His core strength lies in articulating the strategy to bridge the gap between vision to development of sound and profitable structures and innovative programs to improve the corporate real estate.

Member of The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews
Billy, one of ten kids, grew up in Boston and graduated from Boston University in '81, where he played hockey for all four years and won the 1978 NCAA. Since finishing school, he has been in construction as a General Contractor and Carpenter. A father of four, he now resides in Maine and is a member of The R&A.

Charlie, a Harvard graduate of 1980, began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. from 1981 to 1986. He later worked at Intercontinental Capital Associates, specialising in creative tax solutions. He co-founded North Bridge Capital, focusing on financial advisory and placement for private companies.

Retired
Bluette has over fifty years of experience in law, investment banking and senior management of businesses. She practiced security law in Denver, worked as an investment banker in NYC and has been a senior manager for several businesses. As a senior manager, she has broad experience in managing everything from structuring mortgage pools for sale to setting up health plans, 401(k)s, hiring, training, contracts, employee manuals and all other aspects of running a business.
